Support the centralized IT PMO with governance compliance, project delivery processes, data-driven decisions, reporting, and tool management.
Key responsibilities
- Review projects against PMO policies, standards, and stage-gate processes; conduct health checks and assurance reviews.
- Support Project Managers with PMO process adoption, risk and issue management, lessons learned, and corrective actions.
- Administer the Asana PMO tool, including configuration, user access, templates, workflows, and training.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports covering portfolio status, risks, resources, milestones, and KPIs.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of PMO frameworks, templates, and reporting standards.
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in an IT PMO or Project Analyst role.
- Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid project management methodologies.
- Hands-on PMO tool experience, preferably Asana, including reporting and portfolio management.
- Experience with project compliance reviews, risk management, and process support.
- Advanced reporting and analytics skills using Excel and Power BI or Asana Dashboards.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or a related field.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or P3O certification is a plus.
