Reporting, governance, and portfolio support
- Manage project status, risk, and KPI dashboards and reports; analyze performance data and share trends, issues, and insights with stakeholders.
- Ensure projects follow PMO standards, methodologies, and templates; support audits and compliance activities.
- Conduct phase-gate governance, quality reviews of project documentation, and reporting of phase-gate findings and trends.
- Assist with business cases, prioritization, portfolio reporting, and tracking; track resource allocation and capacity with Delivery Managers.
- Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements; standardize project management methodology and templates and support PMO maturity initiatives.
Tools and methods
- Required tool knowledge includes Microsoft Project, Jira, Power BI, project document management tools, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams.
- The role references PMBOK and Agile approaches.
Qualifications
- Minimum: bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or another related field.
