Pasyon has an urgent opening for a Plumbing Draftsman in the UAE.
The role supports residential and commercial plumbing projects.
Responsibilities
- Create plumbing drawings and schematics for residential and commercial projects.
- Consult clients, engineers, and architects to develop plumbing plans and specifications.
- Develop plumbing and drainage layouts and detailed system drawings, including rough-in and fixtures.
- Prepare installation specifications and materials lists.
- Research applicable building codes and regulations.
- Collaborate with other drafters, update drawings for design or scope changes, and review work for accuracy and quality.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of Plumbing Draftsman experience in a contracting company; GCC experience is preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.
- Knowledge of plumbing engineering principles, materials, and regulations.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Strong attention to detail, accurate drawing production, communication, and teamwork.
- Diploma is preferred.
- Candidate should be available in the UAE and ready to join immediately.
Compensation
- Pay is up to AED 5,000 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.
