Professional requirements
- Candidates must be proficient in at least three of the listed areas.
- Interior and architectural finishing works; joinery works including doors and cladding; drywall system drawings.
- Reflected ceiling plans and ceiling detailing; MEP coordination for architectural drawings; architectural works including parking area cladding.
- Tiling detailing; stone cladding detailing; fit-out works documentation.
- Hands-on BIM experience and good knowledge of POD (prefabricated bathroom unit).
- Proficient in CAD drafting with proper layer and pin assignment.
- Landscape drawing experience is an advantage.
Work experience
- At least 5 years of local working experience in the UAE.
- Previous work with large main contractors is preferred.
- Experience on high-rise buildings and high-end construction projects is preferred.
Pay
- Pay is AED 5,000–7,000 per month.
Work location
- Work is in person.
Responsibilities
- Prepare drawings for interior and architectural finishing works.
- Prepare joinery drawings for doors and cladding.
- Produce drywall system drawings and reflected ceiling plans with ceiling detailing.
- Coordinate MEP requirements in architectural drawings.
- Detail architectural works including parking area cladding, tiling, and stone cladding.
- Prepare fit-out works documentation.
