Role
Create plumbing and drainage drawings for residential and commercial projects.
Key responsibilities
- Create plumbing drawings and schematics.
- Consult with clients, engineers, and architects on plans and specifications.
- Develop plumbing and drainage layouts.
- Prepare detailed system drawings covering rough-in and fixtures.
- Prepare installation specifications and materials lists.
- Research applicable codes and regulations.
- Collaborate with drafters, update drawings for design changes, and review work for accuracy and quality.
Knowledge and experience
- At least 4 years of Plumbing Draftsman experience in a contracting company.
- GCC experience is preferred.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.
- Know plumbing engineering principles, materials, and regulations.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Attention to detail, accurate drawing production, communication, and teamwork.
Pay
- Pay is up to AED 5,500 per month.
Work location
- Work is in person.
Availability
