Create plumbing drawings and schematics for residential and commercial projects.
Develop plumbing and drainage layouts and detailed system drawings, including rough-in and fixtures.
Key responsibilities
- Consult with clients, engineers, and architects to develop plumbing plans and specifications.
- Prepare plumbing installation specifications and materials lists.
- Research building codes and regulations to support compliance.
- Collaborate with drafters, update drawings as designs change, and review work for accuracy and quality.
Knowledge and experience
- At least four years as a Plumbing Draftsman in a contracting company; GCC experience is preferred.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and other technical documents; understand plumbing engineering principles, materials, and regulations.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to work collaboratively.
Pay and employment
- Full-time role with pay up to AED 5,000 per month.
Workplace and availability
- Work is in person.
- Candidate should be available in the UAE and ready to join immediately.
- Dubai commute or relocation with an employer-provided relocation package is preferred.
