This is a part-time hybrid role for a Plant Manager based in Dubai, with flexibility for some remote work.
The Plant Manager will oversee plant operations, lead production planning, and manage manufacturing processes.
Responsibilities also include ensuring efficient plant performance, optimizing resources, and maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and compliance.
The Plant Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams and report operational progress to senior management.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Plant Management and Plant Operations to oversee day-to-day plant functionality effectively.
- Proficiency in Operations Management and Production Planning to ensure efficient workflow and resource utilization.
- Experience with Manufacturing Operations, including an understanding of production systems, equipment, and safety protocols.
- Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Strong communication and organizational skills for effective collaboration and reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field. Advanced certifications in plant or manufacturing management are a plus.
- Proven experience in leading operational teams and achieving production targets.
- Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations in manufacturing or plant environments.
