Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for a Human Resources Manager based in Abu Dhabi, with flexibility for remote work.
The HR Manager will oversee recruitment, employee relations, performance evaluations, and compliance with labor laws.
Key responsibilities include managing employee onboarding and offboarding, developing and implementing HR policies, addressing workplace issues, and supporting the professional growth of team members.
Additional tasks may include conducting training sessions, contributing to organizational planning, and fostering a positive team culture.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Workforce Planning
- Strong knowledge of Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, and Performance Management
- Proficiency in crafting and implementing HR Policies and compliance with Labor Laws
- Skills in Organizational Development, Change Management, and Training Facilitation
- Strong interpersonal communication and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in HR software and tools, with familiarity in employee database management
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus
- Experience in the media or sports industry is an advantage
- Ability to manage hybrid work environments effectively
