Plant Foreman

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of oil and gas industry experience, including experience in operations and frontline leadership; Journeyperson Certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation, a Fourth Class Power Engineering Certificate, or Gas Plant Operator (GPO) Certification; Demonstrated experience leading employees and contractors in an operational environment; Strong knowledge of facility operations, maintenance practices, safe work procedures, and regulatory compliance requirements; Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and other business systems; Experience with SAP is considered an asset; Proven ability to demonstrate learning agility by rapidly adapting to changing business environments, embracing feedback, and continuously evolving leadership approaches to drive team and organizational success; Valid Class 5 Driver's License; and Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. This position is considered “Safety Sensitive” and so will require Pre-Employment Drug & Alcohol Testing which includes testing for marijuana metabolites. You may also be required to provide a Driver’s Abstract. The successful candidate must live within 100 km of Grande Prairie, AB The successful candidate must be legally able to work in the country of the position. The final candidate will be required to undergo Pre-Employment Background Checks including a Criminal Record Check. This position is scheduled to be posted until end of day: 11/03/2026.
