Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Manager for MEP Planning.
You will oversee and optimize the scheduling and coordination of complex Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems for our high-rise development projects.
You will be responsible for translating design intent into precise schedules and resource plans, ensuring seamless project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain detailed MEP project schedules from design through to handover.
- Coordinate MEP planning with architectural and structural teams to prevent conflicts and ensure constructability.
- Utilize BIM models (Revit) for precise spatial planning and clash detection.
- Manage a team of MEP planning and AutoCAD engineers.
- Prepare comprehensive progress reports and forecast resource requirements.
- Ensure all MEP plans adhere to local codes and safety standards.
Requirements
- **B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.**
- Minimum 7+ years of experience, with a proven track record in planning MEP systems specifically for
- High-Rise building projects.
- High proficiency in
- Autodesk AutoCAD.
- Solid experience with
BIM Modeling
- , specifically using
- Autodesk Revit.
- Strong understanding of all MEP systems (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing) and their interdependence.
- Excellent communication and team management skills.
