Key responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain project schedules, baseline programs, look-ahead schedules, and recovery plans using Primavera P6 or MS Project.
- Monitor progress against planned targets, identify delays, and prepare weekly and monthly reports.
- Track budgets, costs, commitments, variations, forecasts, productivity, and cost variances.
- Monitor procurement, fabrication, delivery, and installation progress; coordinate with engineering, procurement, production, and site teams.
- Prepare EOT and delay analysis documents and maintain dashboards, S-curves, manpower histograms, and progress reports.
- Support project managers with planning and cost-control analysis; report risks, delays, and potential cost overruns.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of planning and cost-control experience; relevant aluminium, façade, glazing, architectural metal works, or construction experience is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Primavera P6 and/or MS Project.
- Experience with project budgeting, cost tracking, forecasting, and progress measurement.
- Understanding of façade and aluminium project delivery, including design, procurement, fabrication, and installation.
- Strong knowledge of Excel, project reporting, and data analysis.
- UAE/GCC project experience is preferred.
Preferred industry experience
- Aluminium, façade, curtain wall, glazing, cladding, architectural metal works, construction, or interior fit-out.
