Role overview

Responsibilities

• Capture high-quality photos and videos of doctors, medical and aesthetic services, clinics, facilities, and events.
• Create content for Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
• Film doctor interviews, educational medical content, patient testimonials, and promotional videos while maintaining patient privacy and obtaining required approvals.
• Edit and produce Reels, Shorts, TikTok videos, and promotional content.
• Retouch photos and perform color correction and image enhancement.
• Work with the marketing team, doctors, and management to develop creative content ideas.
• Prepare content in suitable formats and dimensions for social media and digital advertising.
• Maintain high standards for lighting, sound, composition, color grading, and production quality.
• Organize photo and video archives and project files; stay current with relevant content-creation trends.

Requirements

• Previous professional experience as a Photographer and Video Editor.
• Strong photography and videography experience for medical and aesthetic content.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, or equivalent editing software; proficiency in Photoshop and Lightroom.
• Knowledge of professional cameras, lighting, audio recording, and color correction.
• Understanding of social media content creation, especially short-form video.
• Creative, detail-oriented, professionally communicative, and able to work with doctors, patients, and clients.
• Understanding of patient confidentiality and privacy requirements.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
• A portfolio or samples of previous work are required.

Preferred qualifications

• Healthcare, hospital, medical clinic, or aesthetic clinic experience is highly preferred.
• Experience creating content for cosmetic procedures, aesthetic treatments, or medical services is preferred.
• Experience photographing and presenting before-and-after results professionally is preferred.
• Healthcare or aesthetics advertising and marketing experience is preferred.
• Ability to manage production from concept and shooting through editing and delivery is preferred.

Production skills

• Create short-form video and social media content.
• Use professional cameras, lighting, and audio recording equipment.
• Perform photo retouching, color correction, image enhancement, and color grading.
