Clinica Sabah Specialty Hospital seeks an experienced Call Center Supervisor to lead its call center team and support a strong patient experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead, supervise, train, and motivate the call center team; manage CRM workflows, lead tracking, follow-up, and reporting.
- Oversee daily handling of patient inquiries and appointment bookings; resolve escalated concerns and complaints.
- Analyze response time, conversion, call quality, and patient satisfaction KPIs; coordinate with medical and administrative departments.
- Develop scripts, workflows, and processes; improve team productivity and patient satisfaction; report performance and recommendations to management.
Requirements
- At least five years of call center experience, including supervisory or management experience, and hands-on CRM experience.
- Native Arabic speaker with fluent English communication skills; strong leadership, coaching, team management, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Patient-facing communication skills, call center KPI knowledge, professionalism in sensitive situations, and strong organizational skills.
- Healthcare, hospital, clinic, or aesthetics experience is highly preferred.
