Role Overview
Clinica Sabah Specialty Hospital is seeking a Photographer and Content Creator for its Marketing and Media team.
The role focuses on medical photography, healthcare content creation, video production, event coverage, and social media content.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce photography for doctors, consultants, medical teams, facilities, departments, services, and approved medical content.
- Cover hospital events, conferences, campaigns, and activities.
- Create content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Produce Reels, Stories, short-form videos, interviews, promotional content, and educational medical videos.
- Develop creative concepts for doctors, medical services, awareness campaigns, and social media.
- Edit photos and videos, maintain the hospital's visual identity, and organize digital media archives.
- Collaborate with doctors, medical departments, management, and the Marketing team.
- Follow current photography, video, and social media trends and comply with privacy, confidentiality, and consent policies.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a photographer, videographer, and content creator.
- Previous hospital, clinic, or healthcare experience is described as highly preferred and strongly required.
- Strong experience in medical, portrait, corporate, and event photography.
- Strong knowledge of lighting, composition, photography, and video production.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and Premiere Pro.
- Creative, professional, presentable, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with doctors, patients, and medical teams.
- Strong commitment to confidentiality and patient privacy.
Languages and Portfolio
- Fluent Arabic is mandatory, and very good English is required.
- A professional portfolio is required, showing medical or healthcare photography, doctor portraits, events, video production, Reels, and social media content.
Work Location
- Work is performed in person.
