Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Personal Assistant to the Director based in Sharjah.
The Personal Assistant will provide executive administrative support, manage daily schedules and communications, and handle key clerical tasks.
Responsibilities
include coordinating meetings, managing correspondence, maintaining the Director’s calendar, scheduling appointments, and ensuring the seamless execution of operational tasks.
The role involves maintaining confidentiality and fostering efficient communication across teams.
Qualifications
- Strong Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
- Excellent Communication abilities, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Diary Management and Scheduling
- Well-versed with Clerical Skills and organizational tasks
- Attention to detail, time management abilities, and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in office tools and software
- 0 to 2 years of relevant experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
