About This Role

Overview

We are representing a newly established private family office based Abu Dahbi, seeking a highly professional and service-oriented Personal Assistant with strong butler experience.

This role requires a polished individual who can seamlessly support the Principal with both personal and household matters while maintaining the highest levels of discretion and service excellence.

Visa arrangement will be supported by the employer.

Executive & Personal Support

  • Provide comprehensive day-to-day personal support to the Principal
  • Manage complex calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements (local & international)
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and private engagements
  • Act as a gatekeeper and liaison between the Principal and internal/external stakeholders

Butler & Household Management

  • Deliver high-end butler services, ensuring impeccable service standards at all times
  • Oversee household operations, including staff coordination, scheduling, and supervision
  • Manage vendors, service providers, and household inventories
  • Ensure readiness of residences, including hosting and hospitality arrangements

Lifestyle & Errand Management

  • Handle personal errands, shopping, and lifestyle arrangements
  • Assist with event planning, private gatherings, and guest management
  • Support travel logistics, including packing, itinerary planning, and on-ground coordination

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a Butler or similar high-end service role (private household, VIP, or UHNW environment)
  • **Formal butler or hospitality training is a must**
  • Prior experience as a Personal Assistant / Private Assistant is highly preferred
  • Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese) is essential
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and multitasking skills
  • Strong sense of discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism
  • Highly detail-oriented with a proactive, service-driven mindset
  • Ability to work flexible hours when required

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in family offices, private residences, or luxury hospitality
  • Exposure to multicultural environments
