Job Summary

We are seeking a

highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant

to provide administrative and personal support to senior management.

The ideal candidate must be trustworthy, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and organize meetings
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls professionally
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries
  • Maintain filing systems and handle confidential documents
  • Assist with personal tasks as needed (errands, reminders, etc.)
  • Liaise with internal departments and external contacts on behalf of management

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a PA or administrative support role
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Discretion and confidentiality are a must
