Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized, reliable, and discreet **Personal Assistant / Executive Secretary** to provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to the Owner/Director.
The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing both professional and personal tasks efficiently, including full coordination of local and international travel arrangements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the Director’s calendar, appointments, and meeting schedules.
- Screen and coordinate household staff, including housemaids (interviews, selection, and basic supervision).
- Plan, book, and manage all travel arrangements (flights, hotels, visas, transportation, and detailed itineraries).
- Handle daily correspondence including emails, phone calls, and messages.
- Act as a liaison between the Director and internal/external stakeholders.
- Prepare reports, presentations, documents, and meeting minutes.
- Maintain organized filing systems (both digital and physical).
- Monitor deadlines, track tasks, and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Assist with personal errands and ad hoc tasks as required.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Accompany the Director during business trips or meetings when required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Minimum **2–5 years** of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Secretary.
- Proven experience handling **end-to-end travel coordination** (airline bookings, visas, hotels, transportation).
- Excellent command of **English** (spoken and written); Arabic is an advantage.
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in **MS Office Suite** (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- High attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
- Professional, discreet, and presentable personality.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
- UAE driving license is an advantage.

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
