We are looking for a reliable, well-organized, and professional Household & Owner Coordinator to assist with daily coordination, administrative support, and owner-related tasks.
The ideal candidate should be educated, trustworthy, proactive, flexible, and capable of handling confidential matters with professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage tasks assigned by the owners
- Handle confidential and sensitive information professionally
- Conduct research tasks such as school searches, service inquiries, and related coordination
- Arrange and personally book airline tickets and travel requirements
- Visit government offices such as RTA and other authorities when required
- Assist with scheduling, follow-ups, and general coordination
- Support household and owner-related administrative requirements
- Screen and coordinate domestic helpers and drivers as needed
- Ensure assigned tasks are completed accurately and on time
- Be available on a 24/7 basis whenever required by the owners
Requirements
- Arabic speaker preferred
- Well-educated and professionally presented
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Trustworthy, discreet, and detail-oriented
- Must be flexible and willing to work on a 24/7 availability basis when required
- Familiarity with government office procedures in the UAE is an advantage
- Previous experience in coordination or administrative support is preferred
• Salary: AED 7,000
- Other benefits as per company policy
- Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
