Role Description
This is a full-time remote position for a Personal Assistant within the Actuaries In the Making (AIM) Virtual Vac Work Programme.
The Personal Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative and organizational support to ensure the smooth operation of programme activities.
Day-to-day tasks include managing calendars and schedules, assisting with communications, organizing virtual meetings, maintaining records, and handling clerical duties as needed.
The ideal candidate will exhibit professionalism, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a remote work environment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance, demonstrating the ability to provide support to leadership and manage priorities effectively.
- Strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Diary Management, including scheduling, coordinating virtual meetings, and managing time-sensitive appointments.
- Competence in Clerical Skills such as document preparation, record keeping, and data organization.
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a virtual, remote work environment.
- Proficiency with relevant tools and software, such as Microsoft Office Suite and virtual collaboration platforms, is an advantage.
- Previous experience in education, training, or professional programs is a plus.
