Job Description
- Lead performance marketing strategy across Google, Meta and TikTok
- Manage and challenge external performance marketing agencies
- Analyse campaign data and provide optimisation recommendations
- Own media performance reporting and insight generation
- Oversee budget allocation across awareness and conversion campaigns
- Brief and collaborate with internal creative and design resources
- Support performance activity across multiple brands and budgets
- Ensure channel performance aligns with commercial and brand goals
The Successful Applicant
- 4-6 years' experience in performance or digital marketing
- Strong understanding of paid media performance metrics and optimisation
- Proven experience managing external agencies
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical capability
- Experience working with both large-scale and growth-stage brands
- Creative, confident, and able to challenge agency thinking
- Omnichannel experience (e-commerce and retail exposure preferred)
