Performance Marketing Specialist (UK Experience)

Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.) targeting the UK fashion market
• Manage end-to-end performance campaigns focused on ROAS, CPA, and revenue growth
• Conduct audience research and develop customer personas specific to UK fashion consumers
• Optimize conversion funnels, landing pages, and user journeys
• Monitor daily performance metrics and provide actionable insights
• Run A/B testing on creatives, copy, and targeting strategies
• Collaborate with the creative team for high-performing ad creatives
• Manage and allocate marketing budgets efficiently
• Stay updated with UK fashion trends, competitors, and platform changes

Requirements

• Minimum 2–4 years of performance marketing experience in the UK fashion industry
• Proven track record of scaling fashion brands in the UK market
• Strong expertise in:

O Tiktok Ads (Preferred)

• Experience with Shopify or other eCommerce platforms
• Strong analytical skills with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager
• Understanding of UK audience behavior, seasonality, and fashion trends
• Ability to work independently and deliver measurable results

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with fashion startups or D2C brands
• Knowledge of email marketing & retargeting strategies
• Creative mindset with an eye for fashion aesthetics
• Prior experience working remotely with international teams
