Job Summary
Xoto Proptech Real Estate LLC is looking for a highly analytical and performance-driven **Performance Marketing Executive** to lead digital campaigns focused on lead generation for real estate and mortgage services.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in paid media, campaign optimization, and data analysis to drive measurable business growth.
Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute data-driven digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and generate qualified leads
- Identify target audiences and optimize marketing funnels for maximum conversion
Campaign Management
- Plan, launch, and manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Handle SEO, SEM, PPC, and email marketing campaigns end-to-end
- Continuously optimize campaigns to improve CPL, CPA, and ROAS
Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and ad platforms
- Track key metrics such as CPC, CTR, conversions, and ROI
- Generate reports and provide actionable insights to management
Content & Creative Coordination
- Collaborate with designers and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and landing pages
- Conduct A/B testing on ads, creatives, and landing pages to improve performance
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum **2+ years of experience** in performance/digital marketing
- Experience in **real estate or lead generation campaigns** is highly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Strong expertise in:
• Meta Ads Manager (Facebook And Instagram)
- LinkedIn Ads
- SEO & SEM strategies
- Experience with CRM tools and landing page optimization
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns
Soft Skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns
- Detail-oriented with strong project management skills
