Kcal World is hiring a Performance Marketing Lead to own and scale paid growth across multiple brands in our portfolio.
This is a high-ownership, hands-on leadership role with full accountability for performance marketing strategy, execution, optimization, and results.
What You Will Own
- Performance marketing ownership across multiple Kcal World brands
- Paid media across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other growth channels
- Direct-response ad strategy and scripting
- End-to-end paid growth strategy, execution, testing, optimization, and scaling
- Customer acquisition, CAC efficiency, and revenue impact
- Budget planning, forecasting, and spend allocation
- A/B testing across creatives, audiences, offers, funnels, and landing pages
- Performance reporting, insights, and recommendations to leadership
How You Will Work
- You will work cross-functionally and with senior stakeholders.
- Work with Brand Managers on growth goals, positioning, and offers
- Work with Creative and Content teams to test and scale high-performing creatives
- Collaborate with Technical and Product teams on tracking, attribution, and conversion optimization
- Regularly update and report performance to management and senior leadership
- Turn data into clear insights and decisions for stakeholders
Who This Role Is For
- You are a strong fit if you:
- Have 3-5 or more years of hands-on performance marketing experience
- Have scaled paid media on Meta and Google, with TikTok as a plus
- Are comfortable owning significant budgets and results
- Think in funnels, not just channels
- Are confident with data, dashboards, and attribution
- Can manage multiple brands simultaneously
Must Have
- Experience in subscription, DTC, or e-commerce
- Experience in high-growth or multi-brand environments
- Experience mentoring or leading performance marketers
- Excels at GA4, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, and CRM tools
