Performance Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist
- to join our team and drive
- high-quality real estate leads through digital marketing channels and AI integration.
- To be successful in this role you must:
- Have proven experience in real estate lead generation
- Have proven experience as an AI Marketing Strategist
- Identify high-impact opportunities for AI adoption across Lead Gen to drive revenue
- Have strong hands-on expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Demonstrate ability to generate high-quality leads at scale
- Experience with CRM systems, conversion tracking, and campaign optimisation
- Demonstrate Campaign Ownership while managing and optimising paid media activity across Meta, Google
- Ensure spend is allocated effectively across audiences, products, and regional markets
- Drive scalable growth while maintaining targets
- Monitor and improve core KPIs including CAC, CTR, conversion rate, and revenue contribution
- Review and interpret performance data to identify trends and risks
