Leasing Real Estate Specialist

AED 4,000+Commission
- What we need from you:
- Previous real estate experience
- Valid driving license
- Ability to thrive in a competitive yet supportive environment.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Handle leasing inquiries and conduct property viewings
- Advertise properties on property portals and social media platforms
- Assist in closing leasing transactions and preparing tenancy contracts
- Assist with rental valuations and market research
- Coordinate tenant move-ins and move-outs including property handovers
- Conduct property inspections and prepare reports
- Build and maintain relationships with landlords and tenants
