• Currently inviting applications for a strong Real Estate Team Leader to join our growing brokerage.
• This is a full-time, on site role based in Media City.
• What you will bring on board:
• Proven billing / leadership background
• Ability to recruit and mentor a team
• Currently managing at least 2-3 agents
• Strong off plan and secondary market experience
• Ability to monitor KPIs, pipeline activity, and conversion rates across the team
• Support agents in closing key deals
• Qualify leads and effective use of the company CRM
• Oversee transaction processes, ensuring all documentation and compliance requirements are met
• Ability to contribute to personal billing and maintain strong market presence
• Have up-to-date knowledge of market trends, legislation, and best practices
• Identify and implement marketing and business development strategies
• Ensure compliance with RERA regulations
