- We are looking for someone who:
- Lives on LinkedIn
- Can spot a broker before they even say “off-plan”
- Has 47 tabs open at all times
- Sends “Just following up :)” professionally
- Can convince agents to switch companies over one coffee/beer meeting
- Your mission (should you choose to accept it):
- ✅ Hire 2 people a week
- ✅ 8 people a month
- ✅ Keep the recruitment pipeline alive like your WiFi bill depends on it
Requirements
- Dubai recruitment experience
- Real estate recruitment \= bonus points
- Thick skin, fast replies, and good vibes
- Ability to survive in a high-energy real estate environment without crying in the washroom
