Talent Acquisition Specialist

  • 📍 Dubai \| 🏢 La Capitale Real Estate
  • 💰 AED 12,000 (depends on experience) + Commission
  • We are looking for someone who:
  • Lives on LinkedIn
  • Can spot a broker before they even say “off-plan”
  • Has 47 tabs open at all times
  • Sends “Just following up :)” professionally
  • Can convince agents to switch companies over one coffee/beer meeting
  • Your mission (should you choose to accept it):
  • ✅ Hire 2 people a week
  • ✅ 8 people a month
  • ✅ Keep the recruitment pipeline alive like your WiFi bill depends on it

Requirements

  • Dubai recruitment experience
  • Real estate recruitment \= bonus points
  • Thick skin, fast replies, and good vibes
  • Ability to survive in a high-energy real estate environment without crying in the washroom
