• Now inviting applications for the position of Executive Assistant to CEO.
• This is a full-time, on site role based in Media City, a rare and high-impact opportunity to support the Chairman at the very core of the orgnisation.
• This requires impeccable judgement and absolute discretion to manage complex business and personal priorities for leadership.
• Previous Real Estate Experience is Mandatory.
• To be considered for this role, you should have:
• 5 years of experience as an EA to a C-level (CEO/ Chairman)
• Previous experience as Secretary in a real estate environment
• Understanding of compliance matters or investments (RERA/DLD)
• Executive Administrative Assistance skills, with experience supporting senior leadership
• Solid Communication skills, including clear written communication, professional email etiquette, and confident interpersonal interaction
• Proficient Diary Management and scheduling abilities, including coordinating daily calendars, meetings, and travel plans
• Solid Clerical Skills, such as document preparation, filing, data entry, and record maintenance with high attention to detail
• Proficiency in office software (e.q., Microsoft Office and Google Workspace)
• International Experience in western countries will be a plus
• Driving License
