A recruitment firm is hiring a Performance Marketing Executive for a client in the events industry.
The role supports digital campaign delivery and optimization to drive audience acquisition, engagement, and conversion across paid and organic channels.
Responsibilities
- Execute and optimize paid campaigns across major digital platforms.
- Support SEO and organic growth initiatives; monitor and optimize acquisition and conversion funnels.
- Test audiences, channels, messaging, and creative approaches.
- Track CAC, conversion, retention, and ROI; maintain campaign tracking and support performance reporting.
- Analyze results, identify performance improvements, and work with internal teams on audience acquisition and engagement.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in performance, digital, growth, or acquisition marketing.
- Hands-on paid media campaign and digital advertising platform experience.
- Good understanding of SEO and organic growth.
- Familiarity with GA4, conversion tracking, funnels, and attribution.
- Experience monitoring and optimizing campaign performance; strong analytical skills and a commercial, results-driven mindset.
- Events, exhibitions, entertainment, or related industry experience is advantageous.
