The hands-on Creative Director will lead concepts across major events, integrated campaigns, brand experiences, and communications, with a focus on government conferences, summits, and high-profile events.
Responsibilities
- Develop and lead creative concepts for events, campaigns, and brand experiences.
- Translate strategic briefs into creative ideas and visual narratives; lead campaign identities, key visuals, and overall creative direction.
- Oversee digital, social, film/video, print, and experiential creative.
- Guide designers, art directors, and external creative partners; collaborate with strategy, content, production, and project teams.
- Present concepts to clients and senior stakeholders and maintain quality and consistency through delivery.
Requirements
- At least 7 years’ experience in creative, branding, advertising, experiential, or integrated agencies.
- Strong experience with government conferences, summits, B2G events, or major government initiatives.
- Experience developing creative for large-scale events and integrated campaigns.
- Strong conceptual thinking, visual storytelling, and design expertise.
- Government entity and senior stakeholder experience highly preferred.
- Strong client-facing, presentation, and creative leadership skills; hands-on and collaborative approach for fast-paced projects.
- UAE/GCC experience highly preferred.
