Responsibilities
- Lead small to large-scale exhibitions and drive revenue growth.
- Own event strategy, budget planning, P&L, and commercial delivery.
- Engage government or C-suite stakeholders in complex environments.
- Manage and inspire cross-functional internal teams.
- Improve event performance through data, innovation, and structured processes.
- Build a performance-driven culture.
Must-have qualifications and experience
- At least 8–10 years of experience in exhibitions and B2B event management.
- Proven ownership and delivery of full P&L, budget planning, and commercial delivery.
- Strong exposure to government or C-suite stakeholder management in complex environments.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and inspire cross-functional internal teams.
- Experience transforming event performance through data, innovation, and structured process implementation.
