Job Description
Our client is seeking an experienced Performance Marketer with a strong background in the real estate industry to join their team in Dubai.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns to drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and brand visibility within the real estate sector.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute effective performance marketing strategies for real estate projects, including paid search, display advertising, social media advertising, and other online channels.
- Create and manage digital marketing campaigns to drive lead generation, website traffic, and conversions.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of campaigns, identifying opportunities for optimization and improvement.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives, landing pages, and other assets for campaigns.
- Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions and adjustments to campaign strategies.
- Manage budgets effectively, allocate resources efficiently, and achieve target return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in performance marketing and real estate marketing.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, design, and content, to align marketing efforts and achieve business goals.
- Prepare regular performance reports and present findings to senior management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in performance marketing within the real estate industry.
- Proven track record of planning and executing successful digital marketing campaigns.
- Proficiency in using performance marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to optimize campaign performance.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop compelling marketing materials.
- Knowledge of real estate market trends and customer behaviors.
- Result-driven and goal-oriented attitude.
