Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and versatile Social Media Performance Marketer/Moderator/Graphic Designer (all-rounder) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be a creative and analytical individual with a passion for digital marketing and wellness. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our social media marketing campaigns across various platforms to increase brand awareness, drive traffic and generate leads. This is a hands-on role that requires a blend of creative and technical skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Social Media Management:
• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and Google.
• Create, schedule and publish engaging content that aligns with our brand identity and resonates with our target audience.
• Manage and grow our online community by responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
• Stay up to date with the latest social media trends and best practices to keep our content fresh and relevant.
• Performance Marketing:
• Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, and Instagram to drive traffic and conversions.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights to optimize ROI.
• Conduct A/B testing of ad creatives, copy, and targeting to improve campaign effectiveness.
• Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of our digital marketing efforts.
• Content Creation:
• Develop high-quality and engaging visual content, including graphics and short videos, using tools like Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Write compelling and persuasive copies for social media posts, ads and other marketing materials.
• Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and develop new content ideas.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience as a Social Media Marketer, Digital Marketing Specialist, Graphic Designer or a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook and Instagram (Meta).
• Experience with social media management tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar.
• Graphic design and video editing skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe products (Ps, Lr, Ai, Id, Pr etc).
• Strong analytical skills and experience with Google Analytics.
• Familiarity with basic productivity and project management tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Office).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A passion for the wellness/health industry is a plus.
