Why We Need You
We're building a dual-engine growth strategy: B2B demand generation (60%) driving enterprise/government pipeline, and B2C product adoption (40%) focused on consumer AI applications.
The Performance Marketer owns both engines—designing experiments, managing budgets, and turning paid media into qualified pipelines and activated users.You’ll partner tightly with Marketing, Sales Ops, and Product to hit ambitious targets for MQL quality, SQL conversion, and CAC payback.
1. **Growth Strategy & Planning**
- Own the performance growth plan for B2B (primary) and selected B2C initiatives.
- Build and maintain the
- quarterly growth plan
- : targets, channel mix, budget allocation, and forecast.
- Define ICPs, audience segments, and messaging hypotheses by vertical/geo; build quarterly testing roadmaps.
1. **Channel Ownership (Paid & Earned)**
- Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across
- B2B: LinkedIn Ads, Google Search/YouTube, Meta (awareness), display retargeting
- B2C: Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Reddit Ads, Google UAC/App campaigns
- Own the full execution of paid campaigns: write ad copy, brief or create visuals, build audiences, launch ads, and optimise daily performance.
- Drive high-intent capture (Search), category education (Video/LPs), and full funnel retargeting.
- Collaborate with Content to ensure performance campaigns have strong supporting assets (LPs, case studies, one-pagers, videos, ads).
1. **AI-Driven Creative & Workflow Automation**
- Build and manage AI workflows to automate ad creative production, landing page generation, and campaign deployment (using tools like AdCreative.ai, Pencil, MidJourney, or similar)
- Set up AI-powered creative testing pipelines that reduce production time from weeks to hours while maintaining brand consistency
- Implement predictive scoring and AI agents to optimize creative before launch, reducing wasted ad spend on low-performing variants
1. **Measurement & Optimization**
- Own CAC, LTV:CAC, MQL→SQL, SQL→Win, ARPU for paid-acquired cohorts; partner with Marketing Ops to reconcile GA4 to HubSpot and build exec-ready dashboards.
- Implement UTM standards, offline conversions, and CRM integrations to close the loop on pipeline attribution.
- Continuously optimize budgets toward channels and segments with proven payback and pipeline impact.
1. **Cross-Functional & Vendor Management**
- Work hand-in-hand with the Marketing team, Sales (feedback on lead quality and talk-tracks), and Product/Delivery (use cases, proof points).
- Manage agencies/freelancers where needed; hold partners to test plans, SLAs, and ROI.
Who You Are
- **Growth marketer**
- with 5–7 years running measurable acquisition; comfortable owning budget and reporting at exec level.
- **Channel expert:**
- LinkedIn, Google, YouTube, Meta, Tiktok, retargeting, and light programmatic; understands when/why to use each.
- **Numbers + narrative:**
- Strong understanding of CAC, payback, LTV:CAC, and cohort analysis, and translate them into clear recommendations.
- **Testing mindset:**
- Hypothesis-driven, disciplined with sample sizing, stat thresholds, and iterative creative development.
- **AI-native operator:**
Experience
- d using AI tools to automate creative production, landing page iterations, and campaign workflows; you're excited to experiment with emerging AI ad tech and build scalable, efficient systems.
- **Tooling fluent:**
- GA4, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Tag Manager, Looker/Data Studio, HubSpot.
- Preferable knowledge in Reddit Ads, Tag Manager, AI creative tools.
- **GCC context & bilingual ops:**
Experience
- in the region; Arabic/English collaboration and QA awareness are strong pluses.
- **Operator DNA:**
- Prioritizes, launches, and learns fast; comfortable in growth-stage ambiguity.
