About This Role
Overview
- We’re hiring a strong Performance Marketer to join our clinic “Symmetry” in Dubai.
- We’re not looking for a “marketing manager” who just runs campaigns.
- We’re looking for someone who can drive patient acquisition and revenue.
- Who we’re looking for:
- A marketer who:
- - Has experience in healthcare / rehabilitation / physiotherapy / aesthetics / longevity / biohacking / IV therapy
- - Understands the Dubai market (or has worked with it closely)
- - Speaks English fluently (Arabic is a strong plus)
- - Can work hands-on: launch campaigns, test hypotheses, build funnels
- - Understands how to move a lead → consultation → treatment → revenue
- What you’ll be responsible for:
- Launching and scaling paid campaigns (Meta, Google, etc.)
- Building and optimizing full funnels: lead → booking → visit → sale
- Developing and testing offers (spine, joints, recovery, anti-aging, IV)
- Working with CRM, automation, and call center teams
- Analyzing performance: CPL, conversion rates, show-up rate, revenue
- Continuously testing and improving performance
Important
- We are NOT looking for:
- Content-only marketers
- “Ads specialists” without business understanding
- Candidates without healthcare / wellness experience
- We ARE looking for someone who:
- → Thinks in terms of revenue, not just leads
- → Understands funnels and conversion
- → Takes ownership of results
- Nice to have:
- Experience in Dubai / GCC market
- Experience in premium сегмент
- Background in longevity / anti-aging / biohacking
- Understanding of LTV and repeat sales in healthcare
Location
- Dubai (preferred) or strong remote involvement with the market
