About This Role

Overview

The Payroll is responsible to efficiently provide assistance to the department in the functions concerning employee relations, service delivery, employee records, attendance and compensation and benefits implementation in accordance with HR Policies & Procedures.

Job Context & Essential Functions

Assist the day to day attendance

1.

Executing all policies and procedures pertaining to payroll administration and processing

2.

Collect daily, weekly or monthly timesheets.

3.

Calculate bonuses and allowances

4.

Prepare employees' compensation by the end of each month using payroll software.

5.

Schedule bank payments or hand out paychecks directly to employees.

6.

Assist the HR Generalist on visa renewal procedures by ensuring a timely release of medical test endorsements and visa renewal documents of concerned employees.

7.

Answer questions about compensation, benefits, taxes and insurance deductions Organize a filing system of Employee files for ease of retrieval as required.

8.

Ensure complete and proper file keeping of all documents related to all employees.

Conduct self-audit checks to ensure that appropriate records are kept and ensure that incomplete documents are addressed by concerned parties.

9.

Enter new employees’ data (e.g. bank accounts and tax identification numbers) into internal databases.

10.

Conduct key management activities by ensuring an updated record of office and asset key issued to concerned employees and ensuring that office keys are returned upon employee’s separation from the company.

11.

Distribute payment statements and gather signed receipts

12.

Report on payroll expenses / Perform other tasks which may be assigned by management.

Education & Experiences

· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

· Minimum of 2 years’ experience in HR

Job Prerequisites/ Skills

· Fluent in oral and written English and Arabic

· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

· Accuracy & attention to detail

· Knowledge and Awareness in the UAE Labour Law

· Team player, driven and can work with high energy for long hours

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,500.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
