About This Role
Payroll Officer
We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Payroll Officer to join our HR team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for payroll processing, attendance management, employee records, and supporting HR operations in compliance with company policies and UAE Labour Law.
Key Responsibilities
- Process monthly payroll accurately and on time using payroll software
- Manage daily attendance records, timesheets, and leave tracking
- Calculate salaries, overtime, bonuses, deductions, and allowances
- Coordinate salary transfers and bank payment processing
- Distribute salary slips and maintain signed payroll records
- Maintain and update employee files and HR databases
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of employee records
- Support visa renewal procedures by coordinating medical test endorsements and required documents
- Respond to employee inquiries related to payroll, compensation, benefits, and deductions
- Prepare payroll reports and maintain payroll expense records
- Manage office and asset key issuance and return records
- Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE Labour Law
- Perform additional HR and administrative duties assigned by management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Payroll or HR operations
- Knowledge of UAE Labour Law and payroll procedures
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
- Experience using payroll or HRMS systems
- Good communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Team player with strong organizational skills

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,500.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
