Payroll officer
About This Role
- Process monthly payroll for employees using payroll systems and norms of the company
- Calculate wages, overtime, bonuses, commissions, and end-of-service benefits
- Coordinate and finalize the monthly attendance for payroll process
- Manage statutory deductions, loans, and other adjustments and keep updated trackers
- Well knowledge about the WPS system including SIF generation and transfer
- Maintain payroll records and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality
- Update the employee master on daily basis
- Update and manage the employee bank details related to the WPS registrations
- Prepare the letter related to the employee compensation (Pay slip, Salary letters etc.)
- Coordinate with HR for employee data changes (new hires, resignations, promotions, etc.)
- Prepare the required payroll report
- Coordinate with HR and finance team according to the requirements
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies
- Handle employee payroll queries and resolve issues promptly
- All registration related to the WPS (employee addition and deletion)
- Calculate and process the EOS and maintain the accurate process tracker
- Prepare the Reports according to the requirements.
