About This Role

Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented **HR & Payroll Executive** to support our human resources department.

The ideal candidate will handle employee relations, Payroll and HR administrative functions while ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and regularly update employee records and documentation
  • Coordinate with hiring team to fulfill manpower requirements in a timely manner
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes in line with company procedures
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of monthly payroll for staff and labor
  • Coordinate attendance, timesheets, and overtime records with client and the location supervisors.
  • Monitor workforce attendance, leaves, and overall HR data accuracy
  • Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor law and internal policies
  • Collaborate with finance and site teams to ensure smooth HR operations
  • Prepare regular HR and payroll reports for internal review
  • Provide day-to-day HR support and handle employee queries

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2– 5 years of HR experience (preferably in the UAE)
  • Knowledge of UAE Labor Law
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally
  • Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
