HR / Payroll Officer

Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Manage HR operations and payroll processes efficiently, with proven ability to handle 130+ staff.
• Oversee end-to-end payroll, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with UAE labor regulations.
• Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and HR documentation.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes.
• Coordinate closely with finance, administration, and project teams for payroll inputs and HR matters.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements across HR and payroll functions.
• Handle employee queries related to payroll, benefits, and HR policies.

What You Bring

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in HR and payroll within a large UAE onshore company (construction experience is a plus but not mandatory).
• **Strong knowledge of payroll systems, WPS, and UAE labor laws.**
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and HR/payroll software.
• Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory.
• Ability to multitask, adapt quickly, and perform well under pressure
