Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the complete operational lifecycle of patient transfer and medical assistance cases from referral to completion.
  • Ensure timely coordination with hospitals, medical teams, transportation providers, and other stakeholders.
  • Monitor case progress, identify operational risks, and resolve escalations promptly.
  • Allocate cases and resources based on operational priorities and team capacity.
  • Review operational documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy before case execution.
  • Monitor daily operational performance and ensure timely updates are communicated to stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement operational procedures to improve efficiency and service quality.
  • Produce operational reports, dashboards, and KPI analyses for management review.
  • Support business continuity planning and emergency response activities.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with government authorities, healthcare providers, airlines, and strategic partners.
  • Conduct regular team meetings, coaching sessions, and performance evaluations.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and cost optimization.

Requirement

  • 2–3 years of experience in patient coordination, medical assistance, healthcare operations, hospital administration, or medical tourism.
  • Experience coordinating medical transport, patient travel assistance, or patient services is highly preferred.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, 24/7 operational environment.
  • Familiarity with healthcare regulations and medical transport procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
