Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the complete operational lifecycle of patient transfer and medical assistance cases from referral to completion.
- Ensure timely coordination with hospitals, medical teams, transportation providers, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor case progress, identify operational risks, and resolve escalations promptly.
- Allocate cases and resources based on operational priorities and team capacity.
- Review operational documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy before case execution.
- Monitor daily operational performance and ensure timely updates are communicated to stakeholders.
- Develop and implement operational procedures to improve efficiency and service quality.
- Produce operational reports, dashboards, and KPI analyses for management review.
- Support business continuity planning and emergency response activities.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with government authorities, healthcare providers, airlines, and strategic partners.
- Conduct regular team meetings, coaching sessions, and performance evaluations.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and cost optimization.
Requirement
- 2–3 years of experience in patient coordination, medical assistance, healthcare operations, hospital administration, or medical tourism.
- Experience coordinating medical transport, patient travel assistance, or patient services is highly preferred.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, 24/7 operational environment.
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations and medical transport procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
