We are seeking an experienced
HCM Lead – Oracle Fusion
to lead the Human Capital Management workstream within a strategic enterprise ERP transformation programme in Abu Dhabi.
This is a senior leadership role for an Oracle Fusion HCM expert with strong solution architecture experience, responsible for designing end-to-end HCM solutions, driving integrations, ensuring governance, and delivering scalable Oracle Fusion designs aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Oracle Fusion HCM solution architecture across Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Talent, Recruitment & Learning modules
- Own HCM design artefacts, solution documents, data models, and configuration workbooks
- Translate business requirements into scalable Oracle Fusion HCM solutions
- Define integration strategies across Oracle Fusion HCM, payroll systems, finance platforms, and third-party applications
- Govern HCM extensions including Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, BI Publisher reports, and OTBI dashboards
- Support design governance, architecture reviews, risk management, and quality assurance
- Act as the HCM subject matter expert and escalation point across the programme
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, IT stakeholders, and ERP architecture teams
Required Skills & Experience
- 10–15 years of Oracle HCM implementation experience
- Strong Oracle Fusion HCM expertise across multiple modules
- Experience leading complex, multi-workstream ERP transformation programmes
- Hands-on experience with HDL, HCM Extracts, OTBI, BI Publisher, REST/SOAP APIs & OIC
- Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion configuration, security architecture, RBAC, workflows, and extensions
- Experience in solution design governance and enterprise architecture practices
• Oracle Cloud HCM Implementation Certification
- Experience with payroll localisation
- Agile / SAFe ERP delivery experience
- Exposure to Oracle ME and Oracle Journeys
