We are seeking an experienced
Oracle Fusion ERP Technical Lead
to join a flagship enterprise transformation programme for a leading Abu Dhabi public-sector organisation.
This is a senior technical leadership role responsible for driving solution architecture, technical governance, integrations, extensions, and delivery excellence across Oracle Fusion ERP domains.
Key Responsibilities
- Own technical solution architecture for Oracle Fusion ERP domains (Finance, HCM, SCM, Projects, Procurement)
- Define integration strategies using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, and middleware platforms
- Lead technical design reviews, architecture governance, and solution documentation
- Oversee Oracle Fusion extensions using VBCS, ADF, BIP, OTBI, Fast Formula, and Application Composer
- Support configuration strategy, environment management, release planning, and migration activities
- Provide technical leadership to consultants, developers, and implementation partners
- Act as the key technical interface with client IT leadership and stakeholders
Required Experience & Skills
- 10–15 years of IT experience with strong Oracle ERP implementation background
- Proven Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP technical leadership experience
- Experience delivering large-scale ERP programmes (public sector / government experience preferred)
- Strong knowledge of:
• Oracle Fusion Security Model
- BI Publisher (BIP), OTBI, Oracle Analytics Cloud
• VBCS, ADF, Flexfields, Fast Formula
- HDL, FBDI, ADFDI migration tools
• Oracle Cloud Certifications
- TOGAF or Enterprise Architecture certification
- PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile / SAFe experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
