Combuzz HR Solutions is hiring a skilled PRO Typist to join our team in the staffing and recruiting industry.
The candidate will be responsible for handling all UAE visa and government-related documentation for employees and companies.
The role includes processing residence, employment, visit, and other visas through official portals such as MOHRE, GDRFA, ICP, Tasheel, and Amer.
Key Responsibilities
- Process employment, residence, family, visit, and investor visa applications through UAE government portals.
- Prepare and submit applications via MOHRE, GDRFA, ICP, Tasheel, Amer, and other relevant government systems.
- Handle Emirates ID applications, medical fitness applications, labor contracts, visa renewals, cancellations, status changes, and entry permits.
- Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with UAE labor and immigration regulations.
- Coordinate with government departments and internal stakeholders to ensure timely processing of applications.
- Maintain records of visa status, renewals, and employee documentation.
- Assist with trade license renewals, establishment cards, and other government-related documentation when required
Requirements
- 2–5 years of UAE experience as a Visa Typist, PRO Typist, or PRO Assistant.
- Strong hands-on experience with MOHRE, GDRFA, ICP, Tasheel, and Amer portals.
- Good knowledge of UAE labor law and immigration procedures.
- Fast and accurate typing and data entry skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple visa applications while meeting strict deadlines.
- Familiarity with trade license and company formation processes is an advantage.
