Responsibilities

• Own strategy, P&L, and commercial performance; develop and execute growth and market expansion plans.
• Build scalable operating processes across the customer journey and drive customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and lifetime value.
• Develop partnerships with clinics, healthcare providers, laboratories, and other relevant organisations.
• Oversee commercial development of testing, insights, and recommendations; work with product and technology teams to improve digital customer experience.
• Use customer, health, and commercial data to find growth opportunities; develop revenue opportunities, partnerships, and distribution channels.
• Set KPIs and dashboards for growth, operations, customer experience, and financial performance.
• Recruit, develop, and lead a multidisciplinary team; ensure appropriate healthcare, privacy, and regulatory compliance.
• Work with founders and shareholders on strategy, budgets, investment priorities, and long-term business development.

Qualifications and experience

• Significant leadership experience as a General Manager, Country Manager, Business Unit Head, Commercial Director, COO, Managing Director, or similar.
• Strong HealthTech or healthcare experience, ideally in digital health, diagnostics, laboratory services, longevity, preventative health, personalised healthcare, or wellness technology.
• Proven ownership of P&L and business performance, with a record of driving revenue and customer growth.
• Experience building healthcare ecosystem partnerships and managing cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of digital products and technology-enabled customer journeys.
• Able to thrive in a high-growth entrepreneurial environment and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.

Relevant background

• Relevant sectors include digital health and HealthTech, diagnostics and blood testing, longevity and preventative health, personalised medicine, healthcare platforms, consumer healthcare, wellness technology, telehealth, and health data and analytics.
