Role overview
The Partnerships & Marketing Executive develops and executes marketing strategies, manages campaigns, analyzes market trends, and collaborates across teams to drive brand awareness and business growth.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and execute BTL activations, including on-ground events, pop-ups, and experiential marketing initiatives aligned with brand objectives.
- Identify and secure partnerships across government, commercial, and residential sectors; generate leads, pitch, and negotiate terms.
- Coordinate internal teams, partners, logistics, timelines, and budgets for activations.
- Oversee end-to-end activation delivery, securing co-branded content, promotional materials, and in-store displays.
- Track performance, recommend improvements, research market and competitor trends, and identify opportunities.
- Lead expansion into new geographic regions, drive monthly KPIs, and plan seasonal consumer activations.
What you’ll need
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in partnership development, BTL marketing, or related roles; e-commerce or retail experience is preferred.
- Proven record securing partnerships and executing successful BTL activations.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, pitching, and project management skills; able to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
- Able to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment.
- Saudi market knowledge and strong local network connections are a plus.
- Willingness to be on the ground and drive activations from start to finish.
