Role overview

Outlet operations and service

• Oversee daily operations, seamless service, brand standards, and guest satisfaction.
• Guide, train, and support team members; assist with scheduling, performance evaluation, and task delegation.
• Address guest needs and resolve service issues promptly.
• Monitor equipment, supplies, and consumables and ensure proper usage and timely requisitions.
• Conduct routine checks for health, safety, hygiene, cleanliness, and organization.
• Train team members on menu items, service procedures, and upselling.
• Assist with cash handling, daily closing, accurate billing, and POS entries.
• Coordinate with kitchen, bar, and other departments; relay guest feedback.
• Maintain table setups, service equipment, outlet presentation, and staff appearance.

Qualifications and experience

• High School diploma or equivalent; hospitality qualification is an advantage.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience in a luxury hotel or fine dining outlet.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of food and beverage service procedures and standards.
• Proficiency in POS systems and basic computer applications.
• Ability to manage a team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining service quality.
• Excellent problem-solving and guest-relations skills; flexibility for shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and handle physical tasks as needed.

Compliance and sustainability

• Promote resource efficiency, minimize waste, and support sustainable practices aligned with hotel ESG and CSR objectives.
• Ensure compliance with local legal requirements, international and ISO standards, health and safety regulations, company policies, and industry best practices.
• Support food safety and hygiene compliance in purchasing, storage, handling, maintenance, communication, and preparation.
