Role overview

Education and activity delivery

• Plan and conduct robotics, coding, and STEM activities for children of different ages and skill levels.
• Teach basic programming concepts, logical thinking, sequencing, problem-solving, and computational thinking through interactive learning.
• Teach children to build, program, and operate simple robots using age-appropriate robotics kits, coding platforms, and educational technology.
• Develop hands-on learning activities, lesson plans, and materials that encourage curiosity, creativity, teamwork, and independent thinking.
• Adapt activities to children's ages, abilities, interests, and previous experience; encourage experimentation and learning from mistakes.

Child safety and supervision

• Ensure children's safety and well-being; supervise sessions and ensure equipment and materials are used safely.
• Set clear activity guidelines and ensure children follow instructions and safety procedures.
• Follow Rixy Club registration, supervision, child protection, and emergency procedures; promptly report incidents, behavioral concerns, hazards, and safety issues.
• Maintain a welcoming, inclusive, and positive learning environment.

Equipment and learning environment

• Prepare and organize the robotics and coding area before and after sessions; maintain cleanliness and proper care of the space.
• Inventory robotics kits, computers, tablets, electronic components, coding equipment, and learning materials.
• Check equipment condition, store materials securely, report damaged or missing items, and inform the supervisor of new-equipment or replacement needs.

Guest engagement and coordination

• Create engaging learning experiences aligned with Rixos brand standards and its family entertainment concept.
• Communicate professionally with children, parents, and guardians; provide appropriate feedback subject to hotel policies and parental consent.
• Encourage teamwork and positive interaction, gather feedback to improve activities, and stay informed about Rixy Club facilities, hours, activities, promotions, and procedures.
• Follow activity schedules and coordinate sessions with the Entertainment team.
• Maintain attendance records, activity reports, lesson plans, and equipment inventories; ensure registration and parental consent forms are completed before participation.
• Assist with special events, educational workshops, competitions, and themed activities.
• Keep children's and families' personal information confidential and comply with applicable data protection requirements.
